Adequate stay, but some improvements needed

early deliveries weak coffee

I encountered a couple of issues. My room overlooked a service area. There were deliveries occurring early each morning. This made it difficult to sleep past 7 am. I also found the in-room coffee to be quite weak. A stronger blend or a better machine would be beneficial.

faulty air conditioning difficult system

The air conditioning did not work correctly. The room was too warm, even with the system set to its coldest setting. the television system was difficult to use. It was slow to respond and sometimes froze, I found this very frustrating.

lovely spa comfortable bed huge bathroom

The spa was lovely. I used the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable. The room had everything I needed. The bathroom was huge. Molton Brown toiletries were very nice.

lovely swimming pool great train station functional jacuzzi peeling headboard sharp metal bathroom side

the spa included a lovely swimming pool. i did see a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi there. the location was great and near the train station.

the room had some material peeling off the headboard. the bathroom had a sharp bit of metal on the side of the bath. those things did not spoil our stay.
